Email that works, every time
Email is still how most business happens: quotations, invoices, contracts, customer service and supplier conversations. When it fails, the cost is immediate. Emails bounce, important messages land in spam, mailboxes fill up, staff can’t access email on their phones, or an account gets hacked and starts sending scams to your customers.
Many UAE businesses still run email on a basic hosting account bundled with their website, or on free email addresses that look unprofessional. Others use Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace but never configured security, backups or domain authentication properly.
ITConnect provides business email hosting that’s professional, reliable and secure. We recommend the right platform for your team, set up your domain correctly so emails are trusted, migrate existing mailboxes without losing messages, configure security and devices, and support your users afterwards.

What is email hosting?
Email hosting is a service that runs email servers for your domain, storing and managing your mailboxes and handling the sending and receiving of messages. When someone emails you@yourcompany.com, DNS records called MX records tell the internet which email host receives that mail. Business email hosting includes mailboxes, storage, spam and security filtering, calendars, contacts and access from computers and phones.
Email hosting is different from web hosting, even though some providers bundle them. For business, keeping email on a dedicated platform such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace is more reliable and secure than running it on the same server as your website.
How to create a business email address
1. Register a domain for your business, such as yourcompany.ae or yourcompany.com. See Domain Registration
2. Choose an email hosting platform, typically Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
3. Verify your domain with the platform by adding a DNS record.
4. Create mailboxes for each user, plus shared addresses such as info@ and sales@.
5. Update MX records so email for your domain is delivered to the new platform.
6. Set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC to authenticate your emails and prevent spoofing.
7. Enable MFA and security settings.
8. Connect Outlook, Gmail and phones.
We do all of this for you, and migrate existing email if you have it.

Fixing email deliverability
Emails land in spam for a few common reasons. Missing or incorrect SPF records mean receiving servers can’t confirm you’re allowed to send. Missing DKIM signatures mean messages can’t be verified as unaltered. No DMARC policy leaves your domain open to spoofing and lowers trust. Sending from a shared server whose IP address has a poor reputation affects everyone on it. Bulk marketing sent from your main domain can damage its reputation. And compromised accounts sending spam get your domain blocklisted. We check all of these, correct DNS records, move email to reputable platforms, separate marketing email where needed, and monitor DMARC reports.
Email security essentials
Email is the most common route for cyber attacks, so we include security from day one: multi-factor authentication for every user, blocking legacy login methods, anti-phishing and impersonation protection, safe attachment and link scanning, alerts for suspicious forwarding rules and sign-ins, and clear processes for reporting suspicious emails. See Email Security
Mailbox backup
Microsoft and Google keep deleted items for limited periods, but that isn’t the same as a backup. If a user deletes important emails, a mailbox is corrupted, or ransomware affects synced files, a third-party backup lets you restore exactly what you need. We recommend backup for every business mailbox.
Shared mailboxes, aliases and groups
Many businesses need addresses like info@, sales@, accounts@ and careers@. We set these up as shared mailboxes, aliases or groups depending on how teams work, so messages are seen by the right people without sharing passwords.
Who needs business email hosting
Every business that sends quotations, invoices or customer messages: startups setting up their first domain email, companies moving from website-bundled email, organisations consolidating several email systems after mergers, and businesses whose emails keep landing in spam.
How we migrate email with no lost messages
We start by creating mailboxes on the new platform and copying existing email, contacts and calendars in the background while staff keep working. Close to the cut-over date, usually a weekend, we lower DNS time-to-live values so changes spread quickly, then switch MX records. A final sync copies any messages received during the switch. On Monday, staff open Outlook or Gmail and find their mail in place. We stay on hand for device reconfiguration and questions.
Choosing an email hosting provider in Dubai
Look for a reputable platform, clear security features, proper domain setup, migration support and local help when users have problems. Avoid cheap bundled email that shares servers with websites, and make sure accounts and the domain are registered in your company’s name.
Case study
A Dubai trading company moved from website-bundled email to Microsoft 365. Spam complaints from customers stopped once SPF, DKIM and DMARC were configured, and staff now access email securely on every device.
Email Hosting questions, answered
What is email hosting?
A service that runs the email servers for your domain, storing mailboxes and handling sending and receiving.
How do I create a business email?
Register a domain, choose an email platform, verify the domain, create mailboxes, update DNS records and connect your devices. We can do it all for you.
Which is better for business email: Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?
Both are excellent. Microsoft 365 suits Outlook and Office users; Google Workspace suits browser-based, collaborative teams.
Will we lose emails during migration?
No. Existing email is copied before the switch, and new email is synced during cut-over.
Why do our emails go to spam?
Often because SPF, DKIM and DMARC aren’t set up, or your domain or server has a poor reputation. We fix these.
Can we keep our existing email addresses?
Yes. Your addresses stay the same; only the platform behind them changes.
Do you support email for small teams?
Yes, from a single mailbox to hundreds of users.
Can you set up email for our new company?
Yes, including domain registration, mailboxes, DNS and devices, usually within days.
Do you support email on mobile phones?
Yes, with secure setup on iOS and Android.
How long does an email migration take?
Small teams can move within a few days; larger organisations are planned in phases.
Can we use Arabic in email signatures and names?
Yes. Both platforms support Arabic display names and bilingual signatures, which we can standardise for your team.
Do you manage user changes after setup?
Yes. We handle new starters, leavers, password resets and licence changes as part of support.
