1. Who we are
ITConnect (“we”, “us”) is an IT services company based at DTEC, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
2. What we collect
- Details you give us: name, company, job title, email, phone/WhatsApp number, and anything you write in forms or messages.
- Job applications: your CV and the information in it.
- Website data: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics.
- Client data: when we provide IT services, we may access data on your systems. This is covered by our service contract with you, not this policy.
3. How we use it
- To reply to enquiries and send quotes
- To provide and support our services
- To process job applications
- To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe anytime)
- To understand and improve our website
- To meet legal requirements
4. Legal basis
We process your data with your consent (for example, when you submit a form or subscribe), to perform a contract with you, or where the law requires it, in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
5. Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers who help us run our business, such as email, website hosting, analytics and CRM tools, and only as much as they need. We don’t sell your data. We may share data if required by law.
6. Where it’s stored
Your data is stored with our service providers, inside or outside the UAE. Where data leaves the UAE, we use providers with appropriate safeguards.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries: only as long as we need them to answer and follow up on your enquiry
- Client records: as long as required for contracts, accounting and law
- Job applications: only as long as we need them for recruitment, unless you’re hired

We use essential cookies to make the website work and analytics cookies to understand how it’s used. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.
9. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- see the data we hold about you
- correct it
- delete it
- stop using it for marketing
- withdraw your consent
